Painting Workshops in Cluj – children and adults
Open-air painting, in Cluj-Napoca and in the artist’s garden in Frata.
Learn to see. Then learn to paint. Workshops for children, teenagers and adults, guided by artist Luis Ludovic Garcia Camarero — on Sundays, in natural light, in the parks of Cluj-Napoca or in the artist’s garden in Frata, among fruit trees, flowers and the rural landscape of Transylvania.
You don’t need to know how to paint. You only need to want to start.
Children 6+ · Teenagers · Adults · Sundays · In Romanian and Spanish
Learn painting with an artist
These are not standardised activities where everyone reproduces the same image. Luis Ludovic has been painting for over four decades, and the workshop follows the way the artist himself learned to see and build an image: first you observe, then you draw, you understand the light, you discover colour — and, gradually, what you see becomes your own painting.
Each participant receives individual guidance and leaves with a finished work. Small groups of maximum 8–10 people.
The workshop in the artist’s garden – Frata, Cluj
About 35 km from Cluj-Napoca, the workshop moves into Luis Ludovic’s garden: fruit trees, flowers, vegetable beds grown without chemicals and the light changing throughout the day. Participants choose what to observe and turn into a painting, children can explore the garden, and the day includes a visit to the Luis Ludovic Gallery.
It is more than a painting course. It is a day spent in an artist’s world.

Do I need to bring materials?
